- Business established.
Began parts assembly of electronic musical instruments for Yamaha Corporation. - 1975
- Reorganized into a corporate organization.
Established Herutu Electronics Industry Corporation (Capital 2 million Yen). - 1981
- Began operation of the Takaoka plant.
- 1984
- Began operation of the Mikatabara plant.
Began completion assembly of electronic musical instruments for Yamaha Corporation.
Increased capital to 8 million Yen. - 1987
- Expanded the Mikatabara plant.
- 1988
- Increased capital to 20 million Yen.
Changed the company name to HERUTU ELECTRONICS CORPORATION. - 1989
- Completed new head office factory.
- 1991
- Joined Nihon Koso Group.
