Push-Button Type

The industrial remote control of Herutu Electronics Corporation can realize wireless communication that is stable and resistant to radio interference.
The lineup of transmitters includes push-button types and contact types, and the combination of transmitters and receivers supports a wide range of configurations such as one-to-one, one-to-many (1 to N), and many-to-one (N to 1).
With no monthly fees, a simple wireless control system can be built.
Usage Examples
-

Operation of AGVs
- Industries:
- Automobile
- Industrial Machinery
By utilizing wireless equipment, it becomes possible to provide driving instructions to AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and monitor their operational status.
Since no wiring is required, layout changes can be accommodated flexibly, contributing to the optimization of transport operations. -

Abnormality Notification
- Industries:
- Automobile
- Agricultural Machinery
- Electrical Machinery
In the event of equipment abnormalities or trouble, signals from wireless buttons or sensors can quickly notify the person in charge. This promotes immediate response, contributing to reduced recovery time and ensuring safety at the site.
-

Opening and Closing the Shutter
- Industries:
- Food
- Logistics
- Warehouse
By enabling remote control of shutter opening and closing using wireless devices, you can reduce the effort required for movement and operation during work.
Since the opening and closing controls can be performed while riding on a forklift, it leads to improved work efficiency. -

Detection of Part Shortages
- Industries:
- Automobile
- Precision Instruments
- Industrial Machinery
By combining sensors and wireless communication, part shortages are automatically detected and immediately notified to the person in charge.
By preventing delays in part replenishment, the risk of production line stoppage is reduced, supporting stable operation. -

Operation of the Winch
- Industries:
- Ironmaking
- Metalworking
By using wireless equipment, it becomes possible to operate the winch from a distant location.
Operators can perform hoisting and lowering from a safe location, minimizing entry into hazardous areas.

System Configuration Overview
The transmitter can be used with push-button type, contact type, or a combination of both. The receiver can be configured with a simple contact output.
Since no cloud service is used, it is possible to build the system with no monthly usage fee.
The system can be used simply and easily without the need to use a setup application during setup.

Communication Distance
Our system adopts a proprietary wireless protocol in the 2.4GHz band, achieving stable wireless communication even at distant locations.
It is faster than the Sub-GHz band, enabling faster input/output response.

Note: The response time refers to the duration from when a signal is input to the input terminal until it is output from the output terminal of the communication partner.
The response time and communication distance may vary depending on usage conditions.
When outputting in through mode, the response time at the receiver's contact output OFF state is approximately 120 ms.

- If a longer communication distance is required, please refer to the model capable of long distance communication in the Sub-GHz band. (Available in Canada / USA)
Stable Wireless Quality and a Wide Range of Combinations
Based on years of experience in 'wireless implementation for factories', we have developed proprietary wireless technology, enabling stable wireless communication for remote control of equipment and machinery.
In addition to one-to-one transmitter-receiver combinations, it also supports one-to-many (1 to N) and many-to-one (N to 1) configurations.

Simultaneous Use of 16 Groups in the Same Communication Area
By changing the operating frequency within the frequency band in the same communication area, communication can be achieved without radio interference. By setting a unique channel table for each group from the 16-channel table, simultaneous use of 16 groups within the same communication area is possible.
Selectable Between "Latch Output" and "Through Output"
You can use either one of the two output modes: 'latch output' or 'through output'.
Flexible choices can be made to meet on-site needs, such as 'output only while pressing' or 'maintain output until cleared'.
Latch Output
[Operation Example]
The receiver contact output turns ON when button 1 on the transmitter is pressed, and the receiver contact output turns OFF when button 2 on the transmitter is pressed.
